  • Developed a referral system for hospitals to refer patients to tertiary-level healthcare facilities, track their referred patients’ status, and communicate with referring facilities online, eradicating non-completion of data and non-tracking of referral continuum, particularly in situations where paper-based tools are used and poor coordination as a result of unstable communication methods.• Presented the online referral system during the Provincial TWG Meeting on Strengthening of Primary Care Provider Standards, 3rd Quarter Regional Implementation and Coordination Team (RICT) Meeting, and Primary Care Provider Network Meeting to introduce the said system to the different healthcare facilities in Region-IX.• Developed a system that aims to make bidding of drugs and medicine online with report generation functionality to lessen the time and difficulties encountered when using Google Sheets.
