      Prior to entering the world of archaeology I had a successful career in banking and finance working in Money Market in both Adelaide and Sydney. I started in the Call Centre before working my way into the role of Business Operations and Broker Liaison Team Leader, where I lead a small team (<5) of business development officers. Clients at the bank included large corporations (such as Credit Suisse Asset Management, Financial Acuity and the Australian Wheat Board), as well as families and individual investors. I was heavily involved in project management and client relationship management, and was awarded a number of accolades during my time in the finance industry including an annual customer service award and monthly awards in productivity and sales referrals.
