Tested and reported all new to market, first article, R&D, and returned electronic RMA’s/Items, validating testing. Starting with Lithium Batteries, 48Volt systems to 60Volt systems. Tested all BMS's for accurate Input/output data and charging levels. Tested and checked all DC/AC Converters/controllers for software code verification, bike data compliance. AC Motor checked QA/QC on each. Tested/checked all wiring, schematics on each build such as: electronic brakes, Throttle control, LCD configuration, lighting and accessory connections. Matrixes, compiled, systems data for all QA/QC issues. Used most Office spreadsheets, ERP systems. RMAs reported day-to-day directly to headquarters and CEO. Kept up with old/new trends. All issues were documented, pictures taken, for visual inspections/interpretation. Wrote the procedures for each test type. Electronics, software, and data. As an Engineer, was focused on the competition of e-bikes brought to market, or a direct comparison to our ebikes. These questions would often come up, helped with customer relation to understand differences. If new issues arise, would report to our CS teams. Showed as a group, so they could see first-hand. Trained all new members of the CS team during the work week, wore multiple hats each day, depending on support, or where additional work was needed. Spent quality time with each member of CS, taking notes, testing/checking products. It helped our support team get up to speed and see it visually. Had meetings with Directors of each team to informed of issues, trends. Warranty and Non-warranty were also noted/checked during incoming inspections to understand the milage, damages, updated matrixes for each Items by SN#’s, or date purchased.
