  Operational account manager for Sportradar's Managed Trading Services (MTS). MTS is a risk management system for bookmakers and lotteries. My role consists in the supervision of clients' KPIs, in order to have customers' performances in line with expectations. The OAM is the main operational and problem solving contact point between the company and customers. Moreover, OAMs support sales network by providing demonstrations and participating in trade fairs. Since March 2022 I have been promoted to Senior OAM, being assigned as line manager of a team of three people, which I have personally recruited and trained. Show less
