I ensured smooth administration of the course by developing course and exam timetable, assessing and solving problems relating to the design and delivery of the program. To ensure learning programs, resources and materials were innovative, engaging, interactive and robust, I conducted course reviews and provided support and advice for academic staff on a broad range of teaching and learning issues.
