TATA was outsourcing partner. The operation was aligned with Pandoras strategy running ITIL for more lean processes. The IM/BI technologies used was MS-SQL Server, SSIS and Azure Analysis ServicesI used daily Scrum meetings to enforce pace and quality in handling bug fixing and implementation of change requests.● Ministry of Taxation - Data Architecht and ETL Developer February 2016 – july 2018 As the implementation of an earlier debt claim system had failed, the Ministry of Taxation began developing a replacement. In early 2016, I was hired to support the development team by providing data extracts for development purposes and to support the government officials with knowledge in terms of which claims to convert and which to write off. During the two and a half years I worked for the Ministry, I succeeded in uncovering requirements, designed and implemented a multidimensional data model within the debt collection area and implemented GDPR at database level in cooperation with our lawyers. I delivered a set of full-scale scrambled test data to the development teams as well as a star schema structured data warehouse to support the valuation and write off process.
