  I. Carrying out all inspection activities for all plant stationary equipments as assigned including pressure vessels, columns, drums, heat exchanger, boilers, fired heaters, air cooler coolers, tanks, Coker drum, valves, pressure safety valves, and piping system.II. Reporting all the inspection data and notes and recommendations as a history for all static equipment.III. Studying the corrosion effects for each equipment and estimate the corrosion rate and the remaining life.IV. Suggest the suitable methods for corrosion protection (lining, coating …etc). V. Follow up all required repairs for all static equipment.VI. Monitoring all welding activities during repair work and carrying out visual inspection after welding.VII. Supervision of NDT Testing.VIII. Supervising the P.W.H.T. processes performed.IX. Witness valves, safety / relief valves testing and maintaining.X. Witness of hydro and pneumatic tests for all equipment.XI. Leak investigation and management.XII.Review materials which are selected for new projects.o Review and approval for all materials which are used in fabrication (pipes, fitting...etc) according to ASTM and ASME Sec.   • Performing internal, external & on-stream inspection for all types of static equipment, (pressure vessels & Heat exchangers & Columns & Separators & Reformers), evaluation results and issuing reports including observations, actions taken & recommendations. • Utilize Risk Based Inspection Software (RBI) to Perform effective Inspection for all plant Equipment.• Utilize Maximo (CMMS) to track plant activities.• For new projects, modifications & new static equipment (pressure vessels / tanks) / piping fabrication, following up inspection activities & giving final acceptance for welding, heat treatment, pickling (for austenitic stainless-steel materials), pressure testing, and other inspection activities. • Understanding & applying codes / standards and specifications. • Establishing spread sheets for control of items inspection, (e.g. Safety Valves, Piping, Equipment, Hoses, Lifting Equipment.). Preparing inspection & replacement plans thereof and Generating Lists thereof as required (e.g. Lists for items overdue for inspection.). • Establishing programs, plans (including prioritization), procedures and work instructions for different inspection activities and establishing forms for reporting, this covers: • Equipment Inspection, NDE & Testing (Internal, External, On-stream & special inspection / NDE techniques). • Piping Inspection, NDE & Testing (External, thickness gauging & special inspection / NDE techniques). • Simplified welding procedures (including heat treatment requirements, required NDT & any special requirements). • PMI testing program for control of alloy materials for pressure-containing components of piping & equipment (Covering Incoming materials, Maintenance Work/New Construction-in-service components). • Reviewing documents of new projects, modifications & new equipment/piping fabrication (Including drawings, ITP’s, WPS’s, PQRs, WQR’s, heat treatment procedures, NDE procedures, pressure testing procedures, final reports, and releases.).
