Industrial Relation and Legal Aspect• Planning, supervising and coordinating the activities related to employment, labor relations.• Review employee contract agreement, secrecy agreement and Company Regulation.• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.• Maintain networking with government such as Disnaker, Lingkungan Hidup, Tata Ruang Kota, Perindustrian, P2B etc.5. Arrange monthly meeting of HR - GA Meeting, Bipartite, P2K3, ISO.6. Handle External Audit (ISO, Customer etc). Show less
