  * Managed highly-effective team of 3 Credit Investigation Analysts, 1 EDI Analyst (Electronic Data Interchange) and took “dotted-line” responsibility for a team of 1 offshore Credit Investigation Analyst and 6 offshore Master File Analysts; reported to the AR Manager regularly.* Received a W2G (Way-to-Go) Recognition Award for development and maintenance of MPV (My PepsiCo View) which allowed customers with terms to see their balance, invoices and statements and submit questions or disputes. Eliminated need to mail statements and saved the company $12,000+/month in postage fees. * Was heavily involved in the Lockbox Amalgamation Project to successfully streamline from 6 to 1 lockbox, which saved the organization significant dollars on unnecessary additional bank fees.* Developed new system to scan credit applications and later Native status documentation, which enabled appropriate access electronically and eliminated hardcopy expense, security issue and waste.* Received the Controls Excellence Award in 2015 for high-profile Cashless Conversion Project, which eliminated cash in our system and introduced E-Check terms (daily debit) to provide a safer environment for delivery drivers.* Ran comprehensive reporting daily to check for unauthorized terms changes as a critical internal audit requirement.* Approved credit limits FROM $7,000-$15,000 and reviewed all changes made the previous day as audit requirement.* Ensured EDI Daily Reconciliations were being performed, rejections were being actioned quickly to reduce cashflow impact as well as ensuring smooth and timely onboarding of new EDI customers.* Performed all maintenance requirements for customer portion of the DWD business set-up involving the CM, CWS Portal and SAP systems. Spearheaded the customer and product conversion of Gatorade and Tropicana into Pepsi systems through Direct-to-Warehouse (DWD) delivery rather than Direct-to-Store (DSD) delivery, which was a new model for Pepsi that required all transactions to flow through EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) as delivered by Third Party Freight Carriers. * Gained proficiency in CM, SAP, Oracle, iTrade Network, ECCnet, STALC, and splitting of the CWS Portal (Commerce Web Service) that Pepsi-QTG had been utilizing between Beverage and Foods business to enable customers without EDI capabilities to place orders online and set-up private-view of specific list of authorized products.* Ensured all processes were documented and accurate in 2014 transition; participated in training new staff and later travelled to Poland to conduct face-to-face training.
