  After doing a lot of complaining about the exterior condition of my neighborhood community, I attended a Board meeting and was voted in as Treasurer. This has included creating scopes of work, bid meetings, contract negotiations, budget creation and forecasting, accounting and numerous Board meetings with my awesome neighbors. Since that day I've tried very hard to implement the necessary improvements to get our property back to looking great. This experience has taught me to be better about making the changes that need to happen instead of sitting on the sidelines judging others decisions. Show less
