Roles and Responsibilities:• Lead resource for all Unified Communication and Collaboration platform with over 15 branches and under 5000 users.• Understand and translate requirements and build technology architecture.• Build RFP documents, Technical Evaluation Criterion, Qualify Partners and Vendors. • Build Requirements Documents, High and low level designs and Network Implementation Plans. Design responsibilities include sizing, scalability planning, routing & traffic planning and service selection etc.• Migrating Current Cisco UC environment from legacy NEC platform and move to virtualization. Integrate with various legacy PBXs (NEC, AVAYA, etc)• Deploying Contact Center Express solutions and providing script mentoring where appropriate. • Working with Tandberg VCS Control and Expressway for Firewall Traversal solutions, allowing the enterprise to have a high-definition video conferencing and content sharing experience with strategic business partners.
