  As the lead consultant for a pivotal project for one of top 5 private bank in India, I spearheaded a multifaceted role encompassing vital tasks. This included comprehensive Requirements Gathering, conducting meticulous Gap analysis, and preparing detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs). I provided hands-on consultation to both the in-house and offshore development teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
