  I work in Access department for FTTX-FTTH GPON, C5 Migration for Omantel projects. I lead and supervise teams of outsourcing technicians and sub-contractors to do all types of Access activities from End-to-End.In these activities I play the corner stone role that include Install, integrate access equipment such as:- MA5612 Business ONT-BONT (all models GPON XGPON, XGSGPON & GE Connectivity)-ATN Devices. - MA5616 Devices.- S100 and S300 Indoor & Outdoors cabinets.- OLT equipment (MA5600T, MA5800) Indoor & Outdoors cabinets.- FDH equipment.- MSAN equipment (UA500) through the fiber, microwave or RTN connectivity.- Expansion projects for CSRB, SDLE, EDTB, CALE, and SHLH, ETC cards. Also, troubleshoot if any issue.- ATN equipment.In general I have a solid knowledge and practical experience in:- MSAN cutover.- S100 cutover.- S300 cutover.- ATN cutover.- MSAN cards installation and commission.- Fiber redness and maintenance.- Integrating devices on sites using HyperTerminal or any other software.- UA2000 Huawei’s System.- Project management of multiple sites at the same time.- Remotely Integration to any MDU or ATN, CX devices.
