  Information Technology Division, assigned to the Business Services Department at UCDHS. Previously responsible for data entry in a software application for the utility billing recharge system. I performed various duties which includes; filing, mail sorting and researching issues to assist department in bringing records current. Utilized various resources, created recharge entries for cost centers, voicemail boxes, pagers, cell phones, desk phones, and all other communication devices provided by the Information Technology Division. As an Analyst II, currently responsible for processing operating invoices for the Information Technology division which has an annual operating budget of $55 million. Interacting with high level management to obtain signatures approvals and verifying information provided by the vendors. Utilizing Dafis and Eclipsys applications to research information on Purchase Orders and payments. Entering and tracking each invoice’s progress through the IT Invoice System. Working with departments and vendors to obtain appropriate documentation to ensure UCDHS policies and compliance rules are followed. Show less
