  This position was primarily a server management position where I managed contracted servers from several different departments around campus. I helped design and implement the current System Center Configuration Manager infrastructure ITS User Services currently uses to manage their assets. I designed the Operating System Deployment technology in use with SCCM. I supported the Office of the President’s IT infrastructure, which consisted of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, File Services, Database Services, Antivirus Services, Virtual Server Services, and BlackBerry Enterprise Services. Show less This position was primarily a desktop and server contracted support role. I was a member of a team that designed, built, and supported the Office of the President’s IT infrastructure when their support person retired, which consisted of rebuilding Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, File Services, Database Services, Antivirus Services, Virtual Server Services, and BlackBerry Enterprise Services from scratch, as well as supporting their desktop and high profile user needs. I helped pioneer the development and use of such technologies as Key Management Service, Windows Deployment Services, Active Directory Group Policy, and Systems Management Server, the predecessor to the current System Center Configuration Manager.
