      Oversight of day-to-day operations of all operations departments, including Purchasing, Customer Service, Pricing/Bids, MIS, Warehouse (Shipping/Receiving), as well as branch office management in Bloomington MN, Davenport, Des Moines, and Ft. Dodge IA. Established an Office Supply Division in 1988 and secured several large customer contracts for the division. Reorganized the Contract/Rebate Department, automating many manual processes. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budget planning, safety leadership, and oversight of assembly and distribution of high-stakes assessments. Operations areas include packaging, transportation and distribution, security check-in, and warehousing. Supervision of 100+ full-time employees and seasonally, 250+ temporary employees. Direct supervision of 4 exempt level managers. Responsibilities included strategic planning, budget planning, safety, training and education, and data management. The Packaging department was the largest of the operations areas, responsible for preparing test materials for school districts across the country. Various functions included: security sealing, ink-jet printing of unique identification on test documents for test security, counting, assembly, and wrapping of various materials used in the administration of the test by the teacher, and combining all of the components for boxing and shipping to each school or district office.
