Developed design reports and calculations to support building regulations applications.Key Projects;- Managed CampbellReith's services for the redevelopment of Saint Joseph's Primary School, London. The project included an extensive refurbishment of the existing school and a lightweight roof top extension and playground.- Conducted feasibility studies for the demolition of the 1930s concrete framed Earls Court exhibition centre as part of the £8bn Earls Court regeneration scheme in West London.- Developed the structural design for My Place, a 5 storey youth centre on a confined city centre site in Tokko Luton and coordinated the in-house multi-disciplinary work.- Managed CampbellReith's services for the redevelopment of Portslade Aldridge Community Academy. The project included the construction of a new 3 storey concrete frame teaching block in challenging ground conditions and an extensive refurbishment of the existing school. Led the interface between various trades and worked closely with the architect to manage client variations to minimize cost and provide economic design solutions.- Key member of CampbellReith's design team for the Alswani Hotel and conference facility in Libya, which included a 350 key hotel, two large conference centers, 40 executive villas, a sports club and four swimming pools, all designed within a seismic zone.- Conducted an in-depth Category III check on the Bond Street station upgrade, a major redevelopment in central London, which included the construction of a new basement and underground tunnel network below a 1774 grade 2 listed building, as part of the overall Crossrail project.
