Chart quality music with relatable lyrics for children; bridging the gap between nursery rhymes and pop songs.Noting alarming cuts to arts education budgets, limited quality music resources for under seven year olds, and digitalisation facilitating a rise in children’s uncensored exposure to popular culture, Anna co-founded Musical Dots with her long standing colleague Meg Gallagher. Their mission, through original chart quality music for children and animated characters, The Dots, is to establish strong roots in the capabilities and values that will really matter throughout children’s lives: originality and self-acceptance, empathy, emotional intelligence and creativity. Musical Dots songs, with The Dots, harness the power of music and media to inspire children and make it stick.Using their unique skill set honed over ten years working in the entertainment industry and education system, Meg and Anna create music for children of the same calibre as music for adults, enjoyed by children, parents and teachers together.
