Participate and motivate the team to effectively plan work, effectively risk assess hazards, Manage work safely, participate and encourage good auditing techniques. • Maintain behaviors of compliance for the Operating Management System and following the rules (compliance of SOP, TOP, site policies and practice.)• Develop skills, knowledge and attitude to deliver in the role of a “Good” Operator Technician• To provide on-site HSSE Support for regulatory and BP HSSE compliance including regulatory compliance on the significant aspects of the Facility. • To communicate effectively, with cross functional work teams, contractors, and representatives of regulatory agencies.• Support the Leadership team in the systematic Management deliverables.• Effectively support the control of work process and SIRP Standard.
