  In my current role I have the opportunity, to help shape and drive the Strategy and Transaction (SaT) Life Science agenda, experience a global role and network to further develop my Life Science skills and knowledge. I am fortunate to be able to work with some of EY’s largest life science accounts helping these clients manage their capital agenda and supporting them navigate the disruptive forces which are impacting the sector. I continue to support Life Science clients throughout the transaction lifecycle and love nothing better than helping clients solve problems to ensure a safe and successful outcome. Show less I help clients throughout the transaction lifecycle and support them through initial due diligence, performance improvement, carve outs and integrations. I have worked across a number of industries including consumer and industrial products, high tech-manufacturing, but my real passion is Life Sciences. Over the last three years the highlights have been: - Leading the Day 1 preparation for one of the largest and complex three-way life sciences transaction (acquisition, divestment and joint venture) in history- Designing and building an innovative tool which allowed a Life Sciences client to accelerate the onboarding of a product portfolio. The tool provides end to end visibility across Regulatory Affairs, Packaging and Supply Chain. This ultimately helped accelerate the product onboarding, ensured patient safety and continuity of supply. - As a result of developing this tool I was recognised by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) in the Influence and Innovation category and shortlisted for ICAS's top 35 CAs under 35.
