  The Trainee process provided me with knowledge of several segments through Workshops and projects, such as Systemic Vision, Emotional Intelligence, Open Innovation, Startup School and the Job Rotations program, which lasted 1 year, for some strategic areas as: - Supply Chain: Procurement process, extraction of SAP reports, consultation of contracts, purchase orders and measurement of performance.- Planning: Monitoring goals, 6 Week Look Ahead, creation of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), inclusion of activities and schedule advances in Oracle Primavera P6.- Engineering: Project management (BIM 360), updating the dashboard for monitoring projects in Power BI, forecasting the quantity of materials to be used on the construction site.- Contractual and Financial Costs: Introduction to the basic costs of the work, presentation of the hierarchical structure of the project through PEP's (Project Executive Plan) and OS's (Service Orders), Management of Labor Appropriation.- Site Supervision: Monitoring of field activities in the construction site and alignment of these activities to revenue and monthly goals through PCP (Production Planning and Control).After 1 year as a Trainee, I was directed to Supply Chain, working in the following activities:- Contracting Services (dealing with national and international suppliers)- Resource collection and transport logistics- Management of Contract Balances- Analysis of quantity of materials in stock with Engineering- Predictability and prioritization of activities according to deadlines and needs.- Optimization of information deliverySpotlight:- Monitoring of the manufacturing process and transport of beams in metallic structure in Chapecó (SC) and daily report to the managers of my project, for almost 2 months.- Transport management and strategic resolution of complications regarding the delivery of materials.- Negotiations with international suppliers.
