  Gained progressive leadership experience as a Principal DM working in cell and gene therapy research on global studies. Simultaneously served as direct manager for several data managers and as functional group manager for data management department of over 100 staff. Served as DM Department Functional Group Manager/Professional Services Manager representing the data management function in corporate leadership role. Primary responsibilities were to provide mentorship, orientation support, coaching to staff, as well as lead employee engagement, retention, and training efforts. Provided data management oversight for a portfolio of studies within hematopoietic stem cell research area. Led independent data review/endpoint review committees and determined data collection strategy for multiple projects. Served as direct supervisor for DM staff and led data management group for cell therapy program. Served as a Data Manager focused in the therapeutic area of cell therapy and hematopoietic stem cell therapy.
