My role was to inspire the team to achieve above and beyond what the business sets out as well as what they believe possible of themselves. I achieved this through consistent and impactful coaching conversations focused on performance and development. This way they not only met their CO2 reduction goals on time but often far sooner.Achieved the following;- Delivered over £250 million in revenue and £50+ million in profit to the business largely from Small/Medium size businesses. - From inception to late 2023 assisted 500+ businesses not only introduce Tesla to their fleet and/or launch Salary Sacrifice schemes for their employee benefits program, but also helped to educate them on EV best practice and the cost savings that can be made by a business when using “whole life-cost” for EV’s within a fleet. - Developed the team from inception.
