  MEAL Officer at NFDHR Programs since Oct, 2017, I have worked on Integrated project Food, WASH and Health in Al Mahwit Governorate" that was Funded by (UN-OCHA) and Implemented by (NFDHR).My responsibilities for monitoring, evaluating, accountability, and learning is ensuring quality evidence on the results and outcomes of assistance is provided for reporting and decision making. Also, responsible for designing and implementing MEAL activities of the project; drafting Monthly & quarterly reports in close collaboration with HDP Manager, and ensuring project beneficiary databases and indicators tracking tables are up to date. The role will also ensure program data and other protected data are accurately and ethically collected, stored, analyzed & shared in strict adherence to the NFDHR data protection policy. Further, I ensure the Feedback and the Response Mechanisms are established and functional across project locations. Facilitate the design of “SMART” objectives, logic models, monitoring frameworks, and evaluation plans during the annual work-planning process. Archive reports with their annexes in soft and hard copies and makes sure that all means of verification for indicators are available according to what is stated in the logical framework.   Fundraising and writing proposals for donors such as UNOCHA on GMS, Unicef, and others, reviewing the tender documents, and updating the narrative reports, and final reports for all programs projects (FSA, WASH, Health, Nutrition, Education, Protection, Shelter, CCCM). Cooperation with the funding teams in Partner Affiliates to contribute to the NAHR funding strategy by ensuring that the project proposals and reporting are timely and of high quality.Development of the high-quality writing projects proposals for all grants according to the funder’s deadlines and specifications, and ensuring a timely approach to gathering information from colleagues at NAHR. Contribute to the program’s data collection, entry, and management of the system through documentation and implementation. Experience with statistical packages and managing the projects of NAHR (e.g. MS project planning, MS POWER BI, Primavera P6 SPSS, KoBoToolbox & Portal 365). Show less
