      • Conduct nutrition educations to the diabetic and hypertensive patients at the Diabetic/Hypertensive clinic, pregnant women at the Antenatal clinic and People Living with HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis patients at the Antiretroviral clinic.• Counsel clients with dietary related problems such as diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, obesity and overweight, gastro oesophageal reflux disease, kidney diseases etc.• Counsel severely and moderately malnourished HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis clients and assigned them to therapeutic foods with strict monitoring when the need arises.• Assess children who are severely or moderately malnourished and provide counselling to caretakers on 4 star diet, hygiene and general nutritional advice.• Managed severely acute malnutrition cases in the paediatric ward by preparing F-75, F-100 and diluted F-100 and monitoring the feeding of these children. • Record keeping and gathering of information for writing monthly and quarterly report for the institution.
