My role involves ensuring the highest quality standards for critical components. 🔍 Key Responsibilities:• Raw material Quality Production: As a consumables engineer focused on raw materials, I ensure the efficient production of molded components by collaborating closely with manufacturing suppliers to enhance the performance and functionality of microfluidic IVD medical consumables. My role involves verifying new multi-cavity injection tools, interpreting technical 2D drawings, and validating compliance with strict specifications. Additionally, I work alongside suppliers to design and implement targeted modifications that improve product functionality and performance.• Precision Troubleshooting: When deviations occur from dimensional and functional specifications, I promptly troubleshoot using advanced inspection tools such as optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, profile projectors, and X-ray computer tomography.• Data Optimization: Optimize data processing to enhance data analysis efficiency, contributing to better manufacturing outcomes and reduced scrap.
