      As a Pack Developer within Honda's Supply Chain Packaging Department, I'm tasked with managing multi-million dollar new model packaging development from conception to mass production. Establishing path forward via OEM requirements and specifications. I work closely with Project Leads as the main point of contact between suppliers, and fabricators, while focusing on finding opportunities to improve cost reduction, eliminate process waste, test packaging, and build long lasting relationships with key stakeholders for future investments.Additional Responsibilities:i) Project Lead: Propose method of integrating fabricator shipping bill of lading with department delivery tracker providing real-time visibility on shipped packs, and 90% reduction in manual delivery tracking. Primarily responsible for delegating tasks to tech team for coding language between cloud-based server and SQL database, as well as, producing Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to identify potential severe risks in quality. ii) Software Developer: Developing Project Management Tool for Pack Developers through VBA and SQL, for automated task management of primary responsibility and miscellaneous projects. Improving department efficiency.iii) Tech Support: Generate solutions, process, and evaluation tools for reviewing and improving product sub-assemblies.
