      During my 18 years at Lenox, I worked in various roles of progressive responsibility within the organization. Beginning in the maintenance and project management area, I directed deployment of a new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and implemented the capital budget for the the 650,000 sq.ft. fine china/sterling silver manufacturing facility in New Jersey. In addition, I also oversaw the daily operations of a a direct to consumer distribution center.
