  • Developed an Excel-based reliability model, leveraging site data and probability analysis to optimize plant operations and achieve >90% runtime efficiency. • Designed an operation-critical Instrument Air Package from EDS to Detailed Design, developing system specifications and layouts for compressors, desiccant dryers, and air receivers. • Managed the requisition of a Plant Deluge Fire System valued at >$1M. Directed the proper review of hydraulic calculations and piping layouts to ensure compliance with flow constraints and nozzle pressure requirements. • Performed technical evaluations of 180+ documents, including P&ID’s, GA Drawings, and Datasheets, to procure static, rotating and specialty equipment.
