  I joined Dentsply in 1998 as part of an acquisition from Procter and Gamble where I soon became Senior Sales Specialist for the endodontic divison. As well as selling products on my own territory I became responsible for the training of new staff and assisting in the UK product launch of market leading products such as Profile and ProTaper rotary instruments. From a zero market share both products went on to become the No1 choice of dentists and institutions within 18 months of their launch.

  I joined Minerva Dental with the role of National Key Accounts Manager. I was responsible for the growth and new business within dental institutions, corporate bodies, MOD, prisons and primary care trusts. This business represented nearly 30% of the companies turnover which grew year on year during my time with the company. Working on my own initiative seeking new business and working on tenders for multi million pound contracts.Minerva was acquired by Henry Schein in 2008 and I joined the company as part of this process.   I joined Henry Schein as part of an acquisition from Minerva Dental. I soon became Special Markets Institutional National Sales Manager, responsible for Henry Schein's NHS business across the UK. Working as part of a wider Special Markets team to look for new business opportunities within dental institutions, acute and primary care establishments including prisons and correctional facilities. Working with senior clinical teams and procurement and finance leads to ensure cost savings to the NHS without compromising quality or service.I had a vast knowledge and experience in the dental trade with particular skills with large NHS contracts and frameworks.
