  As project manager, my role is to prepare the works and follow the accomplishment of the project until the closure. After understanding the project scope, the specifications and the requirements, it starts by preparing the documents of the project (Method statement, Quality management plan, Job Hazard Analysis), preparing the budget, the schedule, reviewing the project drawings. Assist the Purchasing Department with material procurement (estimates, metres). Ensure the timely mobilization of the proper equipment, tooling, and staff to project site as well as the timely delivery of materials by vendors.When the production starts, my role is to lead the team to ensure the project is completed within budget and on schedule. Track progress: Production monitoring and reporting project status. Report and escalate to management as needed. Design coordination. Monitor daily, weekly and monthly labor, equipment, material and substrade costs. Monitoring compliance to QAQC compliances, preparation of quality reports for the client. Management of the non-conformances (Coordination of the corrective actions between technical design and site, reporting). Assisting and cooperating with the HSE team to ensure regulations relating to health, safety and the environment are adhered to. Participate in client meetings (works organization, phasing). Manage changes of scope, schedule, and costs. Negotiate agreements with, and monitor the activities of subcontractors, subconsultants, and suppliers. Prepare deliveries schedule and organize deliveries on site.And at the completion of the project, preparing the closure, the final report of the works executed and the return of experience. Voir moins
