  Worked with Commercial Bank Systems.Project process managementCustomer communication, involving requirement analysis, budgets/time estimation, regular reports and final report.Since I started the process management job in 2007, I got a lot of experiences of cooperating with customers during the full project life cycle, then I was officially promoted to be a project manager in 2011. Our projects usually started with requirement analysis, and then I negotiated with the customers about time and budget estimation. During the project execution period, daily/weekly reports and Q&A became part of my duty. When the project was finished, I handled the closure report and then my role turned into a supporter to my customers for dealing with the bugs and requirement changes which might happen in the future.
