Also have monitored process and risk during pilot handling FTE approx 15 and reported the metrics and audit results to measure the performance of pilot activities.- Transition Manager for GE Healthcare India business for implementing new technology platform (GECARS) for Cash & Collection processes along with standardization and simplification of current process through re-engineering methodology to bring at Enterprise Standard level.
