      1Sale was, at one time, the largest independently owned "daily deal" website in the U.S. During my tenure, the company grew from 45 to over 450 employees.As the Office Manager, I provided oversight of the warehouses and administrative offices to ensure all equipment was running efficiently, including air-conditioning, forklifts, lighting, kitchen and restroom needs so the entire day-to-day operation could run smoothly. I was the primary liaison with the building landlords for all type of requests, and responsible for meeting fire code and OSHA regulations at all sites. Successfully managed relocating 90 corporate employees from one office space to a new downtown Miami location. All employees were relocated without any interruption in their daily work schedules. Provided oversight for every detail from working with the architect to develop the floor plan to meeting with electricians to install wiring.Procured all office supplies, desks, furniture, and internal merchandise (apparel and other items) for all company employees. Worked with 20+ vendors to accomplish above, wrote all purchase orders, arranged transportation for employee travel (airport taxis, etc) and transportation of "samples" from headquarters to warehouse. Managed the "Samples" inventory for website Buying staff.Handled emergencies for the President and all top management officials. Planned and oversaw holiday parties (including selecting venues, caterer, entertainment, and more) for 250+ attendees. Co-produced monthly employee appreciation days.
