      Selecting articles, reviews, how-to guides and other relevant text from the extensive portfolio of our UK based games magazines (including Total Playstation), I translated copy and wrote additional material to form a successful magazine called PlayStation Totaal. (Approx 85 pages - full colour gloss magazine, typically with additional games guide inserted)I worked with console vendors, games distributors and manufacturers, various competitions were organised each month and fan-mail answered. An unbelievably busy time for the only Dutch speaking person in the company. Show less

      Intially hired to develop the Graphical User Interfaces for PLBA, Park Lane's Business Applications system, I went on to build on this experience and create websites mainly for local businesses such as travel agents, sports shops and even a dating site.This led to joining the BirthPac team, BirthPac is an obstetric reporting package which enables an obstretric unit to easily and accurately collect, analyse and report on data covering mothers, births and infants. Working closely with medical staff, I designed the user interface, training material and user guides - the work also included delivery of live demonstrations to potential clients and providing on-site assistance during system implementation and go-live.
