  My current role is predominantly the management of E-Commerce clients servicing the music industry, with the rest of my time spent supporting my colleagues to provide more insightful financial reporting and analysis to their clients and the adoption of new technologies.In providing this additional insight and technologies I have been researching the best tools available, whether they be publically available financial management tools, or the need to build out own custom tools and learning just how to do that.Prior to my current role I was the account manager for a number of internationally touring artists, tour promoters, record labels and artist management companies. This role involved the day-to-day and big picture financial management of these unique companies, providing support in every way possible to achieve their goals.   TourTracks is an online budgeting and tour reporting tool built to streamline these processes and provider deeper insights to assist artists and their teams make more informed decisions.Having worked on the financials of 200+ tours during my time at White Sky I contributed my knowledge of the touring financial process, painpoints and possible insights to the product development team. Beyond that I also spent 2 years meeting with artist managers in the USA and Canada to really dive into their pain points and learn the different nuances of touring as a North American artists as opposed to the Australian touring landscape.
