  • Led a team of 3 members in the design and development of a new differential model that is capable of shifting between 2-wheel drive, 4-wheel drive, and fully locked.• Re-designed the reduction gearbox capable of powering both axles, mass reduction of 12%, and reduced vehicle acceleration time (0–150 ft) by 1.12 seconds. • Designed and fabricated a CVT casing enabling adequate air flow for sufficient cooling and proper functioning of the CVT in order to maintain the efficiency of the overall transmission system.• Learned to design a gearbox using Solidworks software.
