  Managed Energy Audits. Interviewed commercial building and school district facility staff to identify opportunity and problem areas (energy, safety, and maintenance concerns.) Managed budget and timeline of internal staff. Worked with internal budgeting staff to develop costs. Requested bids from external contractors. Ensured projects met energy and mechanical codes.Wrote Energy Savings Performance Contracts & Presented to school boards. Wholly responsible for assimilating information from various sources and presenting data that was both comprehensible to general audience and included technical data for performance guarantee.Sample projects:Vancouver School District- 43 buildings. Upgrades included lighting improvements, Multi-zone RTU replacement, Boiler replacement, Retro-commissioning DDC systems. Utility Data Analysis discovered $12,000/year savings in zero-cost initiative to receive sewer credit. Example Challenge: Installing a 3-deck multizone rooftop unit in an existing building over a three-day weekend. The new unit had to conform to the existing, unusually-sized ductwork and be operational when students arrived on Tuesday. Directed vendor to pre-measure the ductwork to ensure it would fit properly. Tracked the MZU order, manufacture, and shipping. Showed up on-site over the weekend to oversee work and corrected an improper installation technique.Salem Keizer Public Schools- 65 buildings. FIMs included single- triple pane windows upgrades, Retro-commissioning DDC systems, lighting improvements. Example Challenge: Oversaw installation of windows projects in several schools, including one historic building. Located & managed vendor capable of matching unusually shaped windows that looked historically accurate.OSU- Hatfield Marine Science Center. Successes: Worked with utility company to take advantage of a limited rebate offer. Completed a campus-wide lighting retrofit (audited, designed, and installed) in 4 weeks.
