Uploading separations in SAP upon receiving complete separation documents from BU. And mailing the same to the Payroll Dept.3. Reviewing EOSS upon receiving from Payroll Dept.4. Receiving PCR Invoices for terminated employees from BUs and verifying them, obtaining the HR Manager’s Sign, sending originals back to BUs for further proceedings, and archiving the soft copies.12. Undertaking end-to-end process of Passport renewals for Bangladeshi workforce that includes flagging near expiry Passports, notifying workers thru focal points to present their passports, and arranging appointments with embassy personnel. Initiating the Passport collection process once the new Passports are ready, mediating the RP renewal process between focal points and Government Affairs team.13. Taking swift action and resolving the cases that require immediate attention.14. Disseminating required information and updating the course of action to the focal points to ensure smooth and hassle-free business flow. Show less
