  During the Demoday Project at Instituto PROA in the first semester of 2024, I had the opportunity to serve as the Scrum Master of my team. In this role, I was responsible for organizing task assignments and keeping the team motivated to achieve our goals and deliverables. We utilized the agile Scrum methodology to organize ourselves and meet the proposed objectives, leveraging the technologies we learned during the course. For managing and centralizing information and tasks, I used platforms such as Trello. Additionally, we kept our backlog updated and utilized the GUT Matrix (Gravity - Urgency - Tendency) to prioritize and organize tasks based on each team member's responsibilities. We conducted daily meetings (dailys) to align our tasks. During these meetings, I also facilitated dynamics to enhance team integration, such as conducting dailys in English and other motivational activities. Throughout the course, I collaborated with individuals from diverse backgrounds and tackled challenging situations that contributed to my professional growth. I learned how to effectively collaborate in a team, handle pressure, and manage high-stress situations. Furthermore, I developed my hard skills in technology and refined my soft skills through the dynamics and activities we conducted.Additionally, I developed the front-end platform by creating pages in React and connecting them to the back-end via HTTP requests.
