We also pack tomatoes.Develop and maintain policies and documentation for Food Safety, Standard Operating Procedures and Preventative Maintenance which comply with Gov't regulations and the GFSI SQF system.Design software for Billing/Invoicing, Inventory Management, Trace and Recalls.Design real-time tracking software for production and all raw material.Designed database-integrated product counter that sends emails/text alerts when the line stops and produces daily down-time reports.Developed software which analyses process data from our Memograph loggers; determining sterilization and fill times, matching with finished product.Developed software to store real-time PLC data to our database.
