  Although I have never worked in the field of radio installation and maintenance, it was a job I was willing to take the risk and give it my best. This was a position to which the State of Wisconsin had difficulty finding qualified candidates. Since I was the best candidate for this position in a field to which I have never been employed, and also facing unemployment during the winter months due to the seasonal position of Bridge operator for the City of Milwaukee, I accepted the position of Communication Technician Senior.
