  I am responsible for providing guidance on employee recruitment, retention, and incentives management for the entire Army National Guard. I develop, refine and implement onboarding policy for over 40,000 new employees each year. Additionally, I identify and analyze recruiting issues ensuring that programs function effectively and make recommendations to correct issues. I participate in recruiting activities in an effort to increase public awareness of the programs that are available. Roughly 20 employees report to me directly which manage another 360 personnel across the United States. I am responsible for improving employee work satisfaction and ensuring that the organization is following all onboarding regulation. It is now easier for some perspective employees to join the national guard because of my efforts to update two recent federal policies. My efforts will undoubtably have a significant impact for a generation to come. Show less
