      I began my naval service at the Orlando Naval Training Center in Florida and completed a three-year nuclear engineering and electrical training program for naval nuclear propulsion plant operations at Bainbridge, Maryland and Hartford, Connecticut. My primary training was for electrical plant operations in a naval nuclear propulsion plant.
