      With support from UNFPA, I managed the implementation of the Safeguard Young People programme in 14 higher and tertiary education institutions in Zimbabwe. The regional programme was supported by the Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation and implemented in 8 countries. I worked with the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education, Science and Technology Development, National AIDS Council, Zimbabwe Council for Higher Education, and Ministry of Health and Child Care. Some of the roles I performed included developing and executing annual work plans, generating donor reports, managing stakeholder relations, and participating in national and regional learning spaces representing SAYWHAT. Key milestones during this employment include development and finalisation of the Assessment Checklist for Adolescent and Youth Friendly service provision in college clinics, review of the Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health Strategy II, and creation of a referral pathway for 6 universities. Show less I was the focal person responsible for all Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning aspects of the organisation. I supported the management of 9 running projects implemented nationally. In this role I co-designed the Big Sister Young Sister Initiative funded by the United States Department of State and managed through JSI Research and Training Institute as part of the DREAMS Innovation Challenge grant. My position also played a crucial role in building institutional capacity around areas of performance management, impact reporting, monitoring and documentation. Notable milestones for this role include empowering at least 3200 adolescent girls through mentorship and support, linking at least 1250 young women and female students to SRH services, contributing to the development of the DREAMS Innovation Challenge Performance Framework, and coordinating 2 operations researches, 4 baseline studies and 1 end line study using mixed methods research. Show less I supported the implementation of 6 projects supported by various funders namely SAIH, ActionAid, UNFPA, Bristol Meyers Squibb, Amplify Change, and National AIDS Council. Some of the duties I performed included generating work plans, executing field activities, compiling donor reports, participating in stakeholder meetings, designing programs, and providing technical support to higher and tertiary education institutions. Some key milestones during this period include setting up disability resource centres at Midlands State University and Hillside Teachers College, documentation of the Positive Living For Us (PLUS) as a promising practice for students living with HIV, and supporting the implementation of the regional Youth Access programme funded by Hivos. IYAFP is an alliance of young individuals, youth associations, organizations, and communities with a common mission to support provision of comprehensive reproductive health care services with a particular focus on family planning for youth. As a Country Coordinator for Zimbabwe, I performed the following duties;a.
