      I started at Direct Advantage Marketing in 2005 and worked my way up quickly to the network administrator, supporting 150 agents, and a staff of 50 management. In the IT Department, I managed 2 help desk support specialists and provided all support for an older infrastructure server room consisting of 50 servers, an old PBX system, and an old Unix Dialer. During my time as the Network Administrator, I migrated all of the Active Directory systems, the Exchange Server, and all the SQL environments and servers from 2000 to 2003. In 2006 I was promoted to IT Manager while maintaining all of my System Administration duties. As the IT Manager, I was in charge of 4 Developers, 1 Telephony Expert, 2 Help Desk Specialists, and an Assistant Network Administrator spread out between now 3 locations. My job duties as the IT Manager ranged from interviewing and terminating employees, providing annual employee reviews, and working with the other departments to make sure the IT Department was providing the best possible customer service. Additionally, I advised the board of directors and executive management from a technological standpoint regarding everything IT related. During this time I also implemented a Work from Home project that allowed for 50 remote employees spread out across several states.In 2007 I oversaw the implementation of our Noble Dialer System (a 2 million dollar project). During this time the company also expanded from Pittsburgh to Boston, Phoenix AZ, and Washington DC.During the end of 2007, I worked with the investors to bring on a CTO to oversee all the Technology needs. However at the end of 2008, the CTO position was terminated, and I was promoted to IT Director. Show less

      I provided Business Integration and Software Integration support for the entire corporation, working in a team of 80 System Administrators. My daily tasks consisted of working with my team to provide 99% uptime on all Applications utilized within these two categories. This ranged from the Qlikview system, PCI system, Tidal system, Informatica system, and the OBIEE- Oracle system. My role within the team was planning and implementing hardware changes, operating system patches, disaster recovery, and updating all Visio documentation dealing with our infrastructures. The majority of our production servers were Microsoft 2008, but most of our development and beta servers were Microsoft 2003. The Informatica and OBIEE servers were all Linux (Redhat/Debian) based, and we were in the process of migration more of the servers to this architecture. In all, I worked with a dedicated team of 5 Administrators to support 145 servers. In addition to my responsibilities within the corporate office, I was also still in charge of providing support for all the remotely hosted servers, local servers, and applications from OHE.As an OHE employee, I provided a high level of support for the 25 local IT Developers, as well as the Brand Directors, and Brand VPs. We managed 27 remotely hosted servers, 7 network-data rooms, and 1 local server room consisting of 12 servers, and the main Network and Telephone Bridge. For all servers, I was solely in charge of general maintenance, updates, patches, system outages, new provisioning, and turn downs. I provided application support for a wide range of IIS applications used on a daily basis by the company for new hires, and internal access throughout the rest of applications. I approved, ordered, configured, and distributed mobile devices for the OHE Brand. Before being transferred to Corporate I became certified in QlikView Administration and was filling the role of System Administrator for the Reporting department. Show less
