  2013-2016Based on the call to be Christ's Ambassadors and the Vision "That None Perish", I served in a team of associates to pioneer and develop a Chi Alpha Campus Ministry at New Mexico State University. I worked with students of all kinds - to engage them in fellowship and to disciple them according to Biblical principles. I specialized in ministry to International Students, also known as XAi. In this role, I was able to share the love of Christ to people of all cultures through service and community. This role also involved an active role in fundraising, budgeting, taxes, and the the development of a financial system to track our accounts and cash flows. 2016-2018I worked in this mid-sized church to organize and direct a missions committee, communicate with over 30 missionary families, as well as inform and inspire the church body about missions in general. I led weekly and daily prayer, and assisted with running Sunday & Wednesday service.Additionally, I functioned as coordinator of special projects in the church ranging from missions, outreach, holiday, and purchasing projects.   I serve as the Accountant / Assistant Manager for San Juan Chapter House, which is a Certified Chapter and one of 110 Chapters of the Navajo Government. Among many duties, I function as the sole Fund Accountant for the 29 funds of our account, which ranges from $1.2-1.5 Million on average (Cash Accounting). Working closely with the Manager and Chapter Officials, I generate Financial Reports, process Payroll Taxes, reconcile accounts, manage all records, ensure lawful Procurement Procedures, ensure compliance with our Five Management System, conduct meetings, serve community members, act as Navajo Nation Registrar, and am influential in creating each allocated budget. I plan and execute upwards of 12 projects each year ranging from Community Assistance, Temporary Employment, Building Projects, and weather-related emergencies. These projects involve the full spectrum of Human Resources, Customer Service, Procurement, Government Compliance, and Records Management. Furthermore, I often function as delegated authority over San Juan Chapter House, acting in the Role of Office Manager up to 50% of the time. Show less
