      As a Senior Recruitment Partner, I am responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, as well as supporting our Hiring Managers in finding the perfect match. Additionally, I oversee employer branding activities at MAN ES DK.As the primary Senior Recruitment Partner for R&D, Sales, Production, and Warehouse, I collaborate closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process that secures the best candidates for each area and team.
