  Working on implementation Digical Strategy, program started at the beginning of 2015. At that moment five banks were part of implementation: CIB with focus on Mobile, Alex Bank with Focus on Responsive and PBZ, Albania and Slovenia with implementation of both.Multi channel platform has been designed, main architectural concepts aligned and core components of solution set up. Responsible for the distribution channels, Internet and teller applications for retail and corporate customers.Worked on a system review and a system transition from a legacy system z/OS to Java/Oracle platform. Proposal for improvement and capacity planning. Support individuals, teams and organizations to continuously learn and to improve how work is done.Introduced Scrum and Kanban as a process practices for IT-organization. The focus was in solution architecture, system development and technical project management. Worked as the technical leader and project manager. The projects were developed in Java using Spring framework.
