  I have held a position of security supervisor for day shift guard force where I have been able to;1. Ensure that all the security guards have reported to work and are in their assigned posts.2. Ensure the security, safety and well -being of all patients, visitors and premises is maintained.3. Organize daily work schedule for guard’s rotations, off days and their leave days.4. Patrol at the beginning of every shift to inspect and brief the guards on upcoming developments since the last shift and raising information about any security concerns.5. Ensure a decrease in number of absconders which was very high.6. Participate in preliminary investigation of security incidents when I receive any verbal and written reports from my subordinates and take any follow up actions that are needed and using that information to compile comprehensive security reports for the management.7. Controlling traffic by directing drivers to designated parking rots especially on peak days.Impact1. Reduced patient absconding rate by minimizing the number of visitors going inside the ward thus creating a conducive environment for doctors to treat patients without disturbance and movement inside the ward, thereby ensuring an easy time when counting the number of patients in the hospital and also monitoring patient who seem suspicions and who intend to abscond with hospital bill.2. I was able to improve and reduce the rate of absconders by also involving the community surrounding the hospital area by sensitizing them to raise an alarm and report anyone with hospital attires who is roaming around and we caught quite a number whom they had reported to me.3. De-escalating potentially violent situations by responding to emergencies which may at times arise from combative patient mostly from psychiatric ward and violent visitors and patients which came mostly from the street children, thereby creating a conducive environment to work-in as doctors and for our patients to quick recovery.   On April 2020 i did return to Unga Farm Care during the Corona pandemic peak time to work as the CCTV operator.RESPONSIBILITIES.1. Ensure smooth/ uninterrupted operations of CCTV and other electronic surveillance/alarm systems2. Monitoring and CCTV control room through supervising all that is happening around Unga Limited premises and ensure everyone is abiding by the MoH policies on Covid-19 pandemic.3. Working closely with the security manager in implementing different policies that have assisted Unga limited in creating a very conducive environment for both employees, distributors and customers where we believe that our customers are our employer and so they can fire us at any given time.4. Ensuring asset recovery process is swift by providing evidence when need be where some have even been prosecuted for theft allegations.5. Help come up with new ideas on how to operate especially during the corona pandemic season where we the security team ensured all rules set by MoH were followed to the later and discipline and alertness was also heightened to ensure the pandemic doesn't affect our employees and also to ensure couch-ship to stressed employees was done in accordance. Came up with a policy that ensured work safety, well-being and customers are satisfied with our services even during the Corona pandemic period which indeed bared fruits since in Unga Farm Care Dakar Road plant didn't register even a single infected person therefore work went on uninterrupted .2.
